I'm Christin Zamora, founder of Gossamer Admin + Design. For more than 20 years I worked in the SF Bay Area as an executive assistant, project manager, and marketing lead, keeping busy executives organized, projects on track, and campaigns out the door.
Why I went independent
In corporate life, I saw how much smoother everything runs when someone owns the details, the systems, the follow-ups, the calendars, the brand consistency. Then I watched small business owners try to do all of that themselves, on top of the actual work of their business.
That gap is why Gossamer exists. Small businesses, nonprofits, and wellness providers deserve the same steady marketing, design, and operational support big companies take for granted , at a price that makes sense for a small budget.
The through-line in everything I do is reducing overwhelm: creative direction paired with real operational structure, so your business runs on systems instead of stress. My favorite part of any engagement is building the system, a custom set of SOPs and workflows shaped around how you work, so the support doesn't disappear when a project ends. It becomes part of how your business runs.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two, a happy tech nerd, and the kind of person who genuinely enjoys organizing a messy drive or untangling a stubborn problem. (Someone has to love it. It might as well be me.)
